This cozy ranch is located on a residential street in the charming community of Green Tree, which is accessible to downtown Pittsburgh in minutes via I-376.
The house features a large driveway with off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles (please note that the garage is not available to guests). There are two bedrooms on the main level of the home, one of which contains a queen size bed and the other a Double (Full) bed. The house has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and is stocked with soap, toilet, paper, and basic toiletries in addition to clean towels.
In the kitchen, guests will find updated appliances that include a dishwasher, gas stove, and refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser and ice maker. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and basic pots and pans and cooking utensils. A Keurig with a variety of k-cups and cream and sugar is also provided. The spacious breakfast bar between the kitchen and living room accommodates up to six people. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and the tv in the living room is equipped with Fire TV stick which includes Netflix, Hulu, and HBO.

Greentree is a suburban community 3 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh. There is a school, park, shops, grocery store, restaurants, bars, and a community pool within walking distance. Summary: I had an enjoyable stay at this property! The home is comfortable and cozy and well cared for. The sunporch is a great place to sit in the mornings with coffee and watch the deer walk by. Serge was very responsive and accommodating. He set up a desk for me in the sitting room on the first floor, which I was able to use as an office during my stay. Greentree Park is within walking distance and has a nice walking track and a farmers market on Thursday afternoons. Walkable distance down the street is an ice cream stand. I’d recommend this property either for a long term or short term rental!
